Kung Po Chicken with loads of raw red chilli on top, egg fried rice (microwave rice sorry) my mimsy is burning!!!

Marinated Black Angus cross rib steaks. Q'd no doubt.
Baked russet potatoes, with butter, sour creme and green onion.
Carrot salad with tons of both thompson raisins and walnuts. The dressing sauce had a touch of balsamic vinegar and a bit of demerarra sugar. I washed it back with a French wine Nicolaus Laloue. Grainy apple yogurt for desert with a small piece of banana bread in it.

I've mosty had wine tonight, so made quick food.. Stir fry tofu, noodles, edamame beans, red onion, broccoli , pak choi, carrot and black bean sauce

Home made brownie squares made with Cake and Cookie flour, Frys cocoa, real eggs and 3.25% milk. The icing was given a generous helping of walnuts mixed into it.

I took an iced brownie, and slopped dome 3% sour cream over one end. All the while, never being far away from the panic button.

It was obvious from my perspective that I have over done the cream a tad. So I made purchase good on a supply of deep brown baked beans. As sweet and sticky as the undersides of Dolly's tits. I got excited and threw a hot dog together.

I had two more goes at my wiener. Liberte tabernac.
