Trauma. Chile. 2018.
2/10
It had a good trailer and someone on 'twitter' wrote that they heard it was was in the same realms as A Serbian Film, Martyrs.
Read a couple of reviews, they OK'd it.
Not even. After about a steller opening, i lost track and didn't care, by the 36 min mark . It had a B-grade filming style and seemed to rely on flashbacks. The gore effects were good.

Suspiria. 2018. Dir Luca Guadagnino.
3/10
I watched the original when i read it was going to be remade. That was enough. Suspiria 1977 is it's own thing.
The reveiws i read and podcasts i listened to about this movie, never said half of it was subtitled. I will watch a subed movie, if i know.
Pluging the l.p didn't happen, so i just watched it and worked on a picture. Lasted an hour. It was well filmed and there is alot to take in, more than the original had.

A documentary about on Netflix. About the evolution of tanks, from WW1 to today, pretty intresting.
10/10

Split.
Dumb movie, but James McAvoy is actually really good in it. I'm sure Glass will be more of the same.

Fanged up. 2018
Comedy/horror.
Lasted 20 mins. Didn't finish.

Snowflake. 2018
Lasted 40 mins. Didn't finish.

The satanic rites of Dracula. 1973
6/10
Even thou it's a "Hammer" produced film, it still has an impressive seriousness about it. Peter Cushing could really sell the part.
The story itself was kinda lame but the scenes and settings carried it through as a 90 min budget horror.

Burning. 2018. South Korea.
7/10
A slow physco/drama about a poor farming kid.
The film really only focuses on three people. Others pop in and out but the focus remains the trio. It's simple enough, but by the end it was interesting to notice that it made me wonder who was real or not.
