I've been with 4 care agencies in 3 years....... All the same..... So sad, glad I'm very independent and only need 2 hours a day..... Just imagine what people who need more hours of care feel like.....

Seriously, what's with Africans and cats? As soon as my care agency manager mentions I have cats, the carers are like "Don't send me there". Happens a lot.... Thing is, most carers are fucking African.

Am so trying to find another care agency, but I know the same fucking things will happen because, AFRICANS..... I've been with 4 agencies in 3 years, and all are the same, fucking shit and lazy... If a carer is ill, you're fucked......All this for just 2 hours of care a day!

This has really changed the way I see African people, well, more than I did..... I suppose this is why you should have cats, to keep these freaks away from you.

Most are African....... I employ a private cleaner and she takes me out, she's Jamaican and she doesn't moan or go on about money.... Sadly, she lives far away (1hr and half by bus) or I'd employ her full-time.

Since 2001 when I moved out of home, I can count on one hand the number of white carers I have seen...... Thing is, I've only got one finger on this hand kidding btw.....

You mention big arses........ I'm a skinny fucker (9 stone), and had a 6-month fling with a carer (Jamaican) in 2005.... She was huge, about 23 stone..... My bloody bed broke when we were getting it on....

I know a black South African lady who works in the care business and she is a diamond! But even she said a lot of the others are there because it's easy to get work through agencies and most of them hate looking after white people - they say it makes them feel 'inferior' because they have to clean up after white people. Apparently they aren't so bad with looking after other black people. The lady I know had reported quite a few of them after seeing how they treated the clients. I guess they thought she wouldn't say anything cos she was black too.

Don't get me wrong, I know there are people who work their fingers to the bone..... Maybe I've been unlucky.....

2007 to 2013 I employed a Ugandan girl..... She never had time off at all, couldn't fault her.... It was a bonus that she didn't have any kids.... Sadly, she decided to go back to Uganda.
