What made you smile/happy today ?

I joined that ancestry.com.au website, 20 bucks, traced my family back to the 1700's in england & 1600 in scotland on my mums side... made it back to 1700 in england on my dads side, and was pleasantly surprised to see the ancestor sharing our last name was convicted and sentenced to death for murder in 1816, instead he was deported here. I've had fun going though all this anyway.
 
Was a speaker at a detox panel downtown. I do every Sunday night, share my experience, strength and hope. I always walk out of there with a big smile.

I'm going to be speaking at schools this spring and sometime later this year correctional facilities. Exciting!
 
I pretty much fell asleep right after talking to Spooky on the phone last night and woke up in the same state of mind, still smiling. It's gonna be a good day.

after working 16 straight days without a single day off ( 8 of them away from home on site on the extreme edge of Tokyo in the freezing cold) I was called to a meeting today of the "sha in" or company workers, and we were told that this month there is no work so they want us all to take really long paid holidays!! I was thinking, "sweeeeet!!" but even better was when they also mentioned that they needed one guy to keep coming in to do a load of shit work and then when that was finished he would have to travel to fucking Hokkaido and work at a site there in minus 20+ freezing winter! They immediately chose the guy next to me, who happens to be a really lazy cunt who always dodges work and generally makes my job more difficult since he's never around when he's supposed to be...i was like " AHHHHHAAAAAAAAAAAAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA U FUCKIN CUNT!!! FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU!!!!" and he was like WTFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF?????????????????????????????
 
got asked out on a date by a decent looking guy who has a job and his own place. don't know if i should say yes or no yet.

I go to NA meetings with my friend Steph for support.. mostly. Anyways, the speaker was talking about when he was at his worst he would go into hospitals and rip the bio-hazard (used needles) boxes off the wall and take off.

Never heard something that disgusting before in my life.
