Ok so brown some moo and split the sauce there will be way too much add said moo,

Cook for about 3 hours and you’re done,I did add a good squirt of lime juice with the meat and made a bit of salad and grilled a naan bread,was very nice,thank you for the nice comments people it’s appreciated.

I'm afraid tonight I made a pot noodle, home alone, never cook for myself. it was one of the new asian street style . Miso soup, fuck me i was absolutely disgusting, watery, tasted like dirty dish water and had great lumps of bitter seaweed in it that had the flavour of a dried out rock pool in Skegness and the texture of someone elses lung gob. Couldnt eat it having passionflower and camomile tea instead.

@Humungus, when im at my old dears i do all the cooking, i can create also, its my issues at home that prevent a normal/healthy lifestyle...

You are definitely the king of cooking though, notice how every other guy stopped posting dinner pics once you started kicking it...
Shame that is it was never my intention I’m just a plain home cook who’s presentation is shite. I had a Vesta beef madras when I was about 10 years old and it just sparked something in me for spicy food,started reading Indian cook books and trying things,my mother never complained about her messy kitchen and the stuff I burnt she taught me lots about cooking,many many years down the line I’ve just about got it.
