what protein powder you using?I'm currently very much into banana, oats and protein powder smoothies. With milk or milk shake. Today I have chocolate milk shake and vanilla flavoured protein powder. They are very nice. And filling. And I'm losing some fat and gaining muscle. Its also a very cheap meal. I put it all in a blender and done.

My protein - that's the make. I don't mean I'm using my protein not a friend's..what protein powder you using?
I read something that said eat bananas go to bed and the fat "burns off"Bananas are too carb-heavy and the wrong type of sugar for fat loss. The types of fruits to use are low in the glycemic index like kiwi, blueberries and citrus.
Oats are ok, but milk can also have too many carbs.
I would rethink this protein shake, Rabid.
