I'm currently very much into banana, oats and protein powder smoothies. With milk or milk shake. Today I have chocolate milk shake and vanilla flavoured protein powder. They are very nice. And filling. And I'm losing some fat and gaining muscle. Its also a very cheap meal. I put it all in a blender and done.


Bananas are too carb-heavy and the wrong type of sugar for fat loss. The types of fruits to use are low in the glycemic index like kiwi, blueberries and citrus.

Oats are ok, but milk can also have too many carbs.

I would rethink this protein shake, Rabid.

what protein powder you using?
My protein - that's the make. I don't mean I'm using my protein not a friend's..
Always have a sale on it seems.
It's whey isolate. I did have whey casein too before. I got 2.5kg for £25ish. The vanilla is very nice. I tried eating a spoonful on its own and it kinda glues the mouth together.
I have the creatine, hmb and bcaa off them too.

I read something that said eat bananas go to bed and the fat "burns off"
