Well, I ate pasta with bolognese sauce. my favourite. I usually cook it up and freeze it and it's an easy good meal for whern I dont have the time :)
 
In boiling water, bring slowly back to boiling point. Strain under cold water, then straight back in the pot with a little water dash of oil and any seasoning added the, bring it back to the boil, stir until nice and fluffy and water has evaporated.
For me it's - wash - 1 cup rice = 2 cup water - bring to boil and cover - simmer 18 mins - always works...

I had a lot of problems with rice until I started doing the above...
