That doesn't look too bad, citric acid powder and soak it over night in a tub, the rust should mostly be gone.. and it doesn't harm the decals...

I've given it a good wash n stripped it right down. Been goin over with brasso and a scourer and it's coming up pretty good tbh. Still undecided on wether to do a full restore on it or just have it as a survivor. Prices are offit although I got this for 100 English pounds.
