Why are black men’s pants always falling off?

I see A LOT of videos from the ghettos and inner cities: fights, theft, shootings, police drug interdiction, etc. etc. etc. And one thing I notice is that almost all of the black men have trouble keeping their trousers around their waists.

I don’t understand. Is it an anatomical thing? I even see that most of them have belts or drawstrings.

Seriously, can someone help me understand? I see them running from law enforcement, but they struggle to stay upright while running, because they get tangled up in the pants around their ankles. Or sometimes they unsuccessfully engage a target using a one-handed unstable shooting platform, because they only have one hand on the firearm and the other on their trousers.

One may indeed surmise that these men would be more effective criminals if they simply fastened their belts tighter a couple notches.

Am I missing something here?
