Which was pretty good, but definitely in the oven five minutes too long...

have had normal food too, but sharing only sugar

So we have a steak n veggie pie (no ale, my brain stopped in the supermarket, forgot what i wanted to do...psyop)

And a sweet potato pie, plus tart variant because waste not want not

Sooo.. some salmon jerk mango lime rice n bean salad thing, i didnt realise it would be a cold affair until it was too late. But quite nice in its own, cold way..

Tonight was a chicken big Mac meal. Had to try it. Fuckers forgot the cheese. But not bad for a rare splurge on poison. Lol.

Angel hair pasta with clam sauce, artichokes, and mushrooms. Garlic toast.

Put some shrimp in there and I'm right there. Lol.

Update - that pic didn’t do it justice. The short ribs were perfect - braised and flavorful, the demiglace was balanced, the potatoes were crisped exterior with fluffy contents.

And my wife loved it. She said of all the times she’s ordered short ribs at a restaurant they do not compare to mine. And THAT is why I love to cook. When ppl love the food.
