Serious Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs not guilty of sex trafficking and racketeering, but...

UPDATE:
Sean “Diddy” Combs was denied bond after being convicted of prostitution-related offenses Wednesday. He was acquitted of sex trafficking and racketeering charges that could have put one of hip-hop’s most celebrated figures behind bars for life.

The mixed result came on the third day of deliberations. It could still send Combs, 55, to prison for as long as a decade, and is likely to end his career as a hitmaking music executive, fashion entrepreneur, brand ambassador and reality TV star.

Typical. Even rich niggers get away with crimes.
As much as I despise him, I always had my doubts about the racketeering charges. I'm unsurprised at the not guilty verdict on that one.

His legal team will likely appeal the conviction on the other charge, and he'll probably be freed on bail.

But even if he had been found not guilty on everything, his career and credibility are forever tainted and that's good enough for me.

Don't worry, Jews here in Europe never stand trial, but in the meantime they do everything imaginable against humanity for power and money, and these idiots are slowly digging their own graves because of it.

I read an article about Sean Combs trial

"A federal jury (idiot US judicature) has reached a verdict in a criminal case against American rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs, where he was on trial on charges of operating a criminal organization and sex trafficking. Combs was accused, among other things, of forcing women to participate in sexual acts, during which they allegedly had contact with other men. The jury ultimately found Combs guilty on all charges, avoiding the most serious charge, but found him guilty on charges of transporting for the purpose of prostitution and other crimes, so he faces several years in prison.
A federal jury has reached a verdict in a criminal case against Sean Combs (P. Diddy) in which the American rapper was accused of operating a criminal organization and sex trafficking, CNN reported. According to the prosecution, Combs was the operator of a years-long, closed and violent system in which women were forced to participate in multiple-person sexual acts known as “Freak Off” – often with other men, with Combs’ knowledge or at his direction.
P. Diddy, 55, was charged with five counts: one count of participating in a criminal organization, two counts each of human trafficking and transporting a person for the purpose of prostitution.
After a lengthy series of court hearings, the jury returned a verdict in the case of Sean “Diddy” Combs. The American hip-hop mogul was charged with five counts, the verdicts were as follows:

Count 1 – participating in a criminal organization: not guilty;
Count 2 – sexual exploitation of Cassie Ventura: not guilty;
Count 3 – Transporting Cassie Ventura and others for the purpose of prostitution: guilty;
Count 4 – Sexual exploitation of “Jane”: not guilty;
Count 5 – Transporting “Jane” and others for the purpose of prostitution: guilty.

The verdicts acquitted Combs of the most serious charges, which carry a life sentence, but he could still face several years in prison – the exact sentence is expected to be handed down in the coming weeks. According to Sky News, his maximum sentence could be 10 years in prison.
The trial of Sean Combs, who was arrested for prostitution and sexual abuse, began in early May. As we reported, when asked by Judge Arun Subramanian whether he had rejected the prosecutors' plea bargain

I see a flaw in the article and the entire trial
How was he not convicted of participating in and leading a criminal organization if, according to the article, he knowingly and intentionally led an organization for human trafficking and prostitution or solicitation of prostitution as a leader?"

Because to prove racketeering, it must be proven that EVERYONE involved conspired together to participate in the crime.

They didn’t give him bond. That’s a good sign that he is looking at max x 2 for the interstate transport.

20 years of prison freak-offs. Granted he can buy all the drugs and baby oil he wants, but every nobody in the prison system will be trying to kill him. Not the life of a billionaire…

The judge couldn't grant him bond, even if he'd wanted to: "Judge Arun Subramanian ruled against that request, saying the applicable law didn’t allow for Combs’ release at this point."

In a nutshell, the prostitution convictions demand immediate incarceration. Although he hasn't been officially sentenced, the law is written in such a way that if he HAD been free on bail it would have been immediately revoked as soon as the conviction was established. Make sense?

Your next question might be "K.I.T.T., are you now or have you ever been an attorney?" My response to that question would be "I am not legally obligated to answer that question, yet if I were I would exercise my fifth amendment right and tell you to suck my ass."

That's the American "justice" system for you. Only the poor are held accountable. It's why I will die before being sucked into that treasonous bullshit. I allowed it once as a young man, never again. Now that I know how it really works, I won't be kidnapped and stolen from so some self important piece of shit can line their pockets. I'm not a criminal, but if trouble comes knocking.....................

Yeah, our freedoms are important to us. It's the literal foundation of America. My ancestors were technically already here but that point is moot. What matters is this country was founded on the idea that free men should actually be free. It's almost all of our founding document. You don't have to like freedom, that fine. It works for you, but being some scumbags property so he can "legally" rob me isn't my cup of tea.

I'm American as well and let me tell you about that Constitution and our so-called freedoms. It's utter bullshit. Do you really think you're free? I hope you're not that gullible..

Freedom is an illusion, a clever trick performed right in front of the clouded eyes of the American people. We think we're free, but we're not. We're on leashes, each and every one of us. Social security numbers, driver's license numbers, our digital footprints. We're not free when every "step" we take is being monitored, categorized and filed away for future use...

The US Government has been slowly and methodically whittling away our rights. Just a little bit at a time. Free speech? HA! Cancel culture, woke culture, "political correctness", all of that shit has evolved through the clever manipulation and partnering of social media. I could go on for hours about this topic...

Free, my ass. If I wanted to be truly free, I'd have to go find a remote spot in the wilderness never seen by human eyes and I'd have to break my back just to eat and not freeze in the winter. No thank you. I want to enjoy my life and the space I'm in and to do so I have to play by the stupid rules. Do those rules suck? Sure, but at least I sort of feel free.
