On May 17, 2025, she was arrested in Marion County, West Virginia for DUI. In July 2025 she pleaded no contest to a non-aggravated DUI charge. She was fined $100 to me she got off easy.

A DUI charge is a mandatory 24 hours in jail minimum, drug and alcohol assessment, probation, and fines. I don't believe for one second, all she had to do was pay a $100 fine, and that's it.
i've had a D.U.I. charge before and that doesn't make me a bad person. It just means I made a mistake. I paid for it and learned from it, so calm down people. I know in a perfect world Nobody drinks and drives but I guarantee you Most of us have done it before, whether you got caught or not.
