Yes, this man will get the death penalty. However, thanks to the fucked court system, it likely will be 10+ years before it happens if ever. The main issue here is the person being widely known throughout the country, regardless of whether someone liked Kirk or not, makes pretty much every courthouse a tough place to get a fair trial. Either way, tax payers in this country will be the ones footing the bill for not only the prosecution's case but the defendant's as well.

If convicted, which if he did it, he should be, I hope it's definitive enough to have a quick sentencing hearing to decide the fate. Some things to keep in mind is he may not have been working alone and the FBI and law enforcement may make a deal to take death off the table and go with life in prison. Which in a lot of states, life sentence is 13-20 years before parole eligibility comes up. Life sentencing is very much so a joke these days. Judging by his photo, I am sure some big nigger in prison would love to knock out his teeth for a good gum job before spreading his cheeks to ruin his other hole as well.

Either way you look at this, political violence needs to come to an end. Both parties are responsible for inciting it and both parties should bear the blame.
