Poor girls. Pretty too. Any autopsy photos? Or at least photos after extrication from the vehicle?... It would be interesting to see the nature of their injuries, judging they were killed by being hit from behind, which is less common. The injuries to the chest and lower extremities of the driver would probably be quite extensive I would imagine, given how tightly she's wedged up against the dash.
That should be considered a near front end crash and Kia is supposed to have front and side airbags deploy for that type of accident. Although I don't believe airbags would have saved them, that would be a major lawsuit in America.
