Accused intimate accessory wielder confronts cops
Martin County Sheriff’s officials encountered the man accused of brandishing the faux phallus on Nov. 7 in Indiantown.
Investigators went to an address in the 21100 block of Southwest Warfield Boulevard after a trespassing complaint.
A man told officials that Donald Hornback, 71, was slumbering on his property.
Investigators saw Hornback “sleeping next to a bike inside the fence line of the victim’s property.”
Hornback was asked to pack up his belongings and leave.
He started yelling that "we had no right to remove him from the victim’s property.”
He put his belongings in a back pack and “picked up a large dildo and began to swing it around at the officers and the victim on scene,” a report states.
Hornback, of Lauderhill, was arrested on a trespassing charge.
It's unclear what happened to the sex toy.
