A passenger opened an emergency exit door on a delayed Delta flight at Atlanta amid severe thunderstorm disruptions.

An enraged passenger shouted at crew members and grabbed the emergency exit door while the plane was on the ground. The aircraft, carrying 168 passengers, was returned to the gate at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, where the man was removed by security.

The flight was held due to a ground stop at #Chicago’s O’Hare International Airport and later departed hours behind schedule, finally reaching Chicago early the next morning.

That’s wicked funny, I just flew out of O’hare Sunday afternoon.
There was a 1hr, 15 minute delay because the mechanical arm on the pusher vehicle needed parts.
