The cop asks Heisenberg "Do you know how fast you were going?"

Heisenberg replies, "No, but we know exactly where we are!"

The officer looks at him confused and says "you were going 108 miles per hour!"

Heisenberg throws his arms up and cries, "Great! Now we're lost!"

The officer looks over the car and asks Schrödinger if the two men have anything in the trunk.

Germany had spent 380 million € alone for building up a modern police force from 2002 until 2014 in Afghanistan.
They built an academy, three other training centers, a K-9 facility and so on. They had all together 157.000 students.
The project was quite controversial here; German police in a war zone, it's not allowed by constitution. (Due WW2)
And the Afghan police was well known for their involvement in criminality and civil-war militias.
