i heard he bought the car for $4000.00. apparently, "as is". he shortly there after, was having some kind of problems with it. not sure exactly if its mechanical or electrical. but wanted to return it to dealership. they basically told him to fuck off. and this is the result. lol
so this guy is out 4 grand for the car. whatever for the bail,and possibly,maybe jail. not sure about the damage,because thats why business' have insurance. im sure he will have to pay some kind of restitution though.
now if someone claims "mental duress" or ptsd from this,and couldnt go to work because of fear of it happening again,then hes looking at more losses.
he shudda used Carvana. and he probably didnt use carfax!
