You forgot the part where the Police put up Health & Safety Barriers around the woman so that no member of the Public will be harmed by any Police action and the part where the Police will cover the immediate vicinity with rubber matting so that if the woman accidentally falls while beating the Cops unconscious she doesn't injure herself......... Easy problem to solve. This job isn't for everyone but they let anyone apply and become a cop. There needs to some kind of stress testing done and then put them on a scale of 1-100. The low scorers should then be teamed up with high scorers and learn how to manage stress. The problem with cop culture today is that they feel targeted and they have an us vs. them mentality. It's up to management to correct that from the bottom up. There should be some state wide initiatives to get the brutality problem under control. I'm not anti-cop at all; I am however anti-unprofessional.
