Another sunny day in #Liverpool, and it’s machete-wielding youths chasing people down public stairs like it’s a hunting ground. Police has granted officers additional powers to stop and search people as young as 13 following a number of incidents.
A 15-year-old boy was seriously injured by a group on the steps of Chavasse Park with a minor arm slash and head swelling; he is stable in the hospital.
