Apparently it was a runaway crane. Didn't seem that much of an incline but everyone seemed to get out the way without crashing so that's good.

Air brakes are a know how sport, this trucker apparently didn't know how. When the system reaches 60 psi, you won't have enough air to stop

Actually, you underestimated his trucker knowledge. As he well demonstrated, you don't need air brakes, or any brakes for that matter, to stop...eventually.
