Thats the part i find silly, why is it even possible for him to be sued based on how he "detains" a dead person(in "s because you cant really detain a hunk of flesh lmao) i get if the guy is barely alive even just due to the fact that they are still alive technically, but when youve aerated the mans brains i just dont find the point of even cuffing them, much less speaking to them or commanding them (i know they do it because of training to prevent lawsuits and such, i just think its wild they even need to do that)
