I know an area of the US that I frequent that's so high trust that there are road side stands where there is nobody there to take your money, you just take what you want and put the money in a jar. The jar is just sitting out so you can use it to make change for your purchase, also this part of the country has no crime and also doesn't have one other thing.

However, perfectly understand what he means about growing up and experiencing that. Kids don't have the ability to perceive certain things and they will 100% have the wrong perception of why it's implemented in the first place. The adults can't even recognize it, how are children supposed to.
