It's not illegal to get into a police car unless you climb into the driver's seat because the police car is public property.

She was taken to the station and the magistrate eventually released her with a warning. (Per the comments.) I'm still trying to find more information, specifically the young lady's phone number so I can... uh... get her side of the story, and I'll see if I can find her  nudes mugshot.
