They're all in the club...This exercise is just for us lowly scum(the public), to make out like these pricks actually have to follow the law...They do the same shit in Oz with their magic "Royal" commission against corruption bullshit, that pays the lawyers and judges money, and then nothing ever comes of it...As if the cunts up the top are gonna police themselves!!!

It's like that everywhere. Lawmakers don't know shit about tech so what do you do? Pass laws? Enforcement, oversight etc...who pays for it? I know! Let's put 'em in front of a camera, make a big circus show of it, have them tell us how they'll behave so the lawmakers ain't got to do jack shit but look like they're "in charge" even though the tech companies will "police themselves for the good of the people".
