This actually looked like an accident though. Unlike what we see in the China "insurance scam" videos, there was no set up and the parents seemed genuinely concerned. It was just a kid retrieving a toy.
Better yet, teach kids not to climb under cars to retrieve things. There was no way any driver could have seen that.
