Ukraine bomb a tracked Russian Tulip Self-Propelled S24 Mortar gun, killing the crew that were manning it and completely destroying the gun and chassis. It's not clear what munition was used but Ukraine probably deployed a HIMARS rocket to take this mortar out.

A Tulip mortar was recently destroyed (caught on drone video) but I can't link the photos of this dead crew/scene to the recent strike.

Ya, these things are big mothers, but also old as in first introduced into service in 1950 (has changed chassis several times since then - major recoil probs) and can fire up to 1 round per minute with a crew of 5 (originally an 11 man crew) but makes up for this longer firing time with it's massive firepower and uses a crane to load shells, due to their size and weight. Not sure what the comparison rate would be - I'm not sure what a normal artillery piece is, but this unit would not be able to fire as often or quickly.
