Alas no, but I'm thinking a Cessna 150 can take 4 people , say 60 kg each and a little bit of luggage. Take out 3, and luggage, and load up on fuel, maybe in bladders, to give range, and then 100kg left for ordinance.

A 150/152 is the old 2 seater trainer. I don’t remember exactly but probably a 600-700 lb useful load. 250 lbs of fuel and 2 small adults is about it.
The old 172 has 4 seats, but I think around 900-950 useful load, so really 3 adults, a couple of light bags and fuel.
The 182 is the smallest 4 seat that can carry 4 adults, some bags and decent fuel…maybe 3 hrs..
An d 206 is the ticket. True 6 adult capacity. Has a rear cargo doors (not a tiny luggage door). With the high wing, slow stall speed it’s perfect for “turns around a point” over target. With one foot on a strut and one inside the “loadmaster” could probably get pretty accurate dropping little presents as it circles around the target…
