looks like they had already pitted the suspect vehicle. They should have called the chase off when he entered the wrong way on the freeway. Rip White corolla driver.

The white corolla was the wrong way driver. Watch the video again. The cops likely would have taken the impact themselves to save the public but the crash happened first.
