Let It All Bleed Out
The stories of migrants drowning at sea while trying to reach the shores of Europe has been a top story in the news for quite a while.

These people tend to come from war torn countries such as Somalia, Libya, Syria, Yemen, Iraq (etc.). They pay traffickers hundreds or sometimes thousands of dollars to get a ride on the soonest boat going out.

This heated topic tends to stir anger or sadness in many people. But for this thread it'd be cool to keep any heated and/or racial/flaming remarks to the FLH.

That way we can just look at and comment on the images as they are present :)

Some agencies place the number of deaths of these people into the thousands over the past several years. Many bodies are never recovered while most that are don't contain any ID.

Out of that death tool, roughly 300, 000 to 400, 000 thousand migrants (now refugees) have survived the trip to make it to their destination
Migrants buy their way to traffickers who often cram as many people as possible onto unworthy sea vessels that frequently capsize, and/or sink. Other times, migrants are found dead in their boats or ships because of exposure, dehydration and malnutrition.

Deaths from these migrants ships sinking or capsizing ranges from 4-6 people (usually in rubber dingies) to over 450 people depending on the size of the vessel, per ship.
