Ya,that must B a petroleum based hydraulic fluid,As opposed to a water based hydraulic fluid.The petroleum based fluids hv a High Flash Point:And U get that explosion once it's ignited!

That didn't look like enough explosion for a fuel tank and burned off rather quickly. Maybe it was filled with water and diesel or some other homemade Chink concoction. It looks like it blew steam before flaming up. Also, that looked like it could have been water flaring up towards the end of the fireball.
