El Zarco the Blue-eyed Bandit

So I had to read this mexican book, I'm not a fan of mexican literature at all but as it was for an exam I had to do it anyway.
So while getting into the reading I found out it's an exciting piece of work, it's pretty nice even tho it's quiet similar to the rest of the novels back to that time... but the way Altamirano describes every situation makes the reading a lot easier and fast.
I highly recommend it mostly because it has a lot of culture in it...so well that's all about it...if you don't like novels don't even bother (It's a romantic novel) Well here's the synopsis

Zarco the Blue-eyed Bandit (1901) by the Mexican nationalist Ignacio Manuel Altamirano (1843–1893) is one of the earliest Latin American novels written by an Indian.
