I think the legal system failed this one. He should have never been allowed out of jail, he beat his grandmother to death with a hammer. He only got 18 years for that. This is going to turn into a gun control issue, cause he used the same rifle as the killer in Sandy Hook. The difference is these guns had to be obtained illegally because he was a convicted felon. His sister's burned body was also found in the home.
