Okay. So, I'm trying to locate one of the first gore photos that I had seen to see if it still affects me the same way.

The problem is, I can't find it. So, I'm going to explain it so that one of you fine folks can possibly help me out.

The photo is of a 300+ lb. bald white dude sitting in a shower with a metal rod jammed through his face and both of his eyes are grotesquely popping out. I remember it being titled something along the lines of "nerd sitting in the shower".
