I fixed windows 10 by installing windows 7 again.

I fixed my Win10 by installing the 'Anti Beacon' tool from Spybot.

Just get LTSB version (better than Enterprise & below - no live apps on tiles at all and no bloatware).

Then add Spybot Anti Beacon and you're good to go.
