There's emu egg farmers not too far from me & they never get directly in the paddock they keep the emus in because they say they can kick you and kill you with one kick & emus aren't even as big as ostriches. Apparently nobody told this chick in the vid.
The emu farmers use a small "farm use" vehicle with the floorboard cut out to collect the eggs. I still have never gotten one of these giant eggs to try, emu or ostrich. The amount of cholesterol must be tremendous.
