Putting handcuffs on her is unfortunately necessary. She might be pleasant right now, but who knows what could happen in a few minutes. She’s a sweet old lady that definitely should not be driving and has no clue what she did.

Great post. You can't trust someone like that. Several years ago, an 80-year-old woman lunged at me twice during a business meeting, and there was absolutely no reason for it. After she did it the first time I tried to calm her down. When she did it a second time, I grabbed my stuff and ran out the front door of her home.
