Yea but he skipped brain day
I’ve been pulled over at least under twenty times with a lot of rum in me and never got a DUI. The best one was when I got pulled over on a non county maintained road with a wet bar for my center counsel. My wife but girlfriend at the time was trying not to laugh because we kept making fun of him referencing “rush hour”. He pulled me over because I was going 90 on dirt. My wife can vouch for this.
