I mean if someone is really sentenced to death and his guilt is not clear, then I would give him 25 years until it turns out he is guilty or not
A person who cannot be proven of one or more murders cannot be executed

It doesn't matter if it is long or short because they both serve the same purpose of a cervical vertebrae fracture.
In the case of a short rope, a helper is needed to jerk the convict's leg
But in a long case, no helper is needed because the convict's own weight breaks the cervical vertebrae after the long fall.
