By a 26-11 vote, the Californian Senate passed AB 130 to give financial aid to foreign students who are in the country illegally. This “California Dream Act” amnesty by Assembly Member Gil Cedillo would enable illegal aliens to receive financial aid at state colleges and universities and would allow community colleges to waive fees for low-income illegal aliens.
