Why is there so much hate on this site? I understand there is a lot of death here, but there is so much pent hate, and being a neo-Nazi is damn near an award here, just asking. I don't really have much to say, I'm not asking for it to stop, but I just want to learn why is there so much hate here? I'm new to this gore thing, and honestly ever since I was here it was the norm to call someone a nigger or some type of slur about their race, was this site always like this?

Because it draws in the abnormal. Look at what the site offers-Pain, suffering, and abuse. So it draws in people searching for that. The people searching for that are the ones who are angry at the world because they feel as if they are alone in their pain and suffering or abuse. They feel as if seeing others going thru it will make them feel relief. They mask their pain by putting on an outward appearance of being tough and hateful which requires them to use speech they believe people find hateful and offensive. So it's just a lot of people thinking that it makes them appear strong and they know they are safe online to say it. Out in the real world most are the opposite. The reasoning behind this is due to the fact that the internet is mostly made up of nerds and outcasts from society.
And once you get a few people spewing hate and others see it and think that it somehow gives them power they then want to be part of that in order to not be an outcast.
That pretty much sums up the psychology behind why.

It's better to let it all out here than in the real world. Have you been on X? Have you been on reddit on the sub. 'public freak outs'? No one is safe anywhere... at least here you know what to expect. IMHO having a safe place to vent ensures that you won't act like a douche canoe in public. If you don't want to use terms that offend don't. I don't think I have used those terms myself... If it gets to be more than I can tolerate I just scroll away. I'm just happy to be able to post and not get attacked for watching mainstream media or the wrong kinds of media, when I speak my mind... or get banned or censored for being a snarky bitch. I once heard an old saying, something to the effect that it's better to be the vessel that pours the acid out than the vessel that holds it.

Now put on your big boy/girl panties and dip your toe in the cesspool of shitposting and rage. Hopefully you're a adult and know when to step away for your own sanity.

But why let the acid in? Why let the world make you swallow its acid? Just don't let it get to you. Think of it like this: In 200 years what will you care about? Nothing. So if the day will come when you will care about nothing and no one will care about anything you ever did or said then why let any of that stuff bring you down or make you angry or upset? Just say fuck it and be happy everyday. Ignore the bullshit. Everyday you wake up is one less day of happiness you can experience.
