Our other dog is 10 and it's freaking her out bad. She deserves to be comfortable in her own home. Great pup, just not for us. She's not just a little skittish around him, she's terrified. Her eyes are rolling and shit.

She's pretty old to expect her to be able to tolerate a puppy. All of the hyperactivity from a pup would be difficult for most older dogs to handle. I think you made the best choice.
