Young woman survives after jumping from bridge in Popayán. The fall from the La Esmeralda bridge caused alarm. After the fall, a sanitation worker who was nearby reacted immediately and came to the woman's aid while emergency services were alerted. The young woman was rescued and taken to a hospital.
