Seth Ator, the Odessa shooter, lived in a residence that appears to be nothing more than some sort of a metal storage shed.
He had no electricity and no running water.
He had also been fired from his job earlier on the same day of his shooting rampage.
His stark and poor living conditions combined with his actions on Saturday shows me that he was probably mad at the world, and blamed everyone else for his problems and his lowly station in life. He was a powder keg ready to ignite.
Getting fired from his job on Saturday added to his problems, and then getting pulled over by the police, with the prospect of a ticket and a monetary fine, was the final straw that set him off.
