I dont hate rats or mice as pets, ive seen some rats that are pets that are way cleaner and listen more than some dogs and cats. However that falls back on the owner in my opinion. I am having a problem right now woth field mice and its driving me up the walls man! There is a field behind my house i would say about 15 plus acers, well they disc it and tyrn ut into hay bells not a way bad way to make extra money on private land thats just sitting there. Well this last winter the owner finally sold of the property. They are subdividing it, they are putting up apartments which I think sucks now not gonna be able to enjoy beautiful sunsets going down in the evening time drinking some cold ones and and just unwinding. I can only imagine who will be renting those apartments, and myself and a few neighbors have a couple of bets going on about crime rate to see if see once the apartments are rented out if crime rates gonna go up. Anywas thats off topic. Since they started building we have all gotten an increase in field mice entering our garages and caught 1 last night in the laundry room. I setup glue traps now all around the house. Any tips on how to catch them humanely and get rid of them without killing? Im not some tree hugger guy? But I also dont just go out killing anything anything just because I can. If I can get rid of something without killing it I will if I cant then sorry I tried. So any advice is greatly appreciated!
