Patient goes beep beep beeeeeeeeeep
A man became enraged after the pizza delivery person brought a pizza pie that he deemed to be too small, so he shot him, according to police reports in Chicago, Illinois.
The Chicago man was arrested and charged with assault after allegedly shooting the pizza delivery driver for bringing a pizza that was too small.
Demetrius Patterson, 26, was charged with one count of second-degree assault for the incident that occurred last week. According to the criminal complaint, Patterson opened the door to his girlfriend's apartment in the 2100 block of Russell
Avenue North and started arguing with the driver, who is 45-years-old.
The victim told police he did not want to argue, so he left in order to go back to his car. When the driver walked away with the pizza, Patterson left the house and fired five to six shots at him.
The pizza delivery person was able to drive-off and was not injured.
Police arrested Patterson, who was cooperative and recovered a 9mm pistol from his girlfriend's apartment.
