You all can now organize your PM'S. Each of you have 10 folders to create.
Go to conversations> click on +
This menu will drop down:
Write in a file name > click on Create.
After you have created a folder,select a PM,
Click on MOVE
Click on the arrow:
Select the location you want and you're done!

Follow these steps:
You will see on the right side of your conversation list some boxes. Click on ONE or multiple pm's (if you need to move several to a folder)
Click on CHOOSE ACTION
This will pop up:
Click on GO and follow these steps
This is what your folders will look like after you've created them.
