Yeah. Many people recommended swimming, but being the bone of the D8, D10 and L5 destroyed (I have about 400 fights on me, my body gave me an invoice) let's say that swimming was not going to improve my condition much.

The function of the personal trainer is to look closely to verify that I am not negatively affecting my back in each exercise.
I worked hard to stretch and strengthen my back, and now there are practically rare exceptions where I feel pain.
