This is not her first time. She has thrown hands, probably does or has trained. They were haymakers but thrown with control. I like the part where she catches him in the beak, and he scurries away realizing she isn't the soft target he thought she was.

Yes. She seemed well in control. Some of the punches didn't land but she had a good rythem and as soon as he was out of the way she closed the window. I didn't detect any panic there at all...
